Hi.
I have a Virtual Machine running Server 2012 R2 that accepts multiple print jobs from several devices, the splWoW64.exe, does not release the memory once a print job has completed.
I've tried adding the following Registry but this too did does not help:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-za...-finishes-in-windows-8-or-windows-server-2012
Once the memory on the VM reached just over 90% the user profile (Profile A) becomes unresponsive, I would need to logon with a different user account ( Profile B), in Task Manager, kill the user profile and login with Profile A again.
As a temporary workaround, we installed our printing application on a bare metal machine, and this is running without any issues.
Please let me know if you need more information to diagnose this problem.
Kind Regards
