Hello,
Many viruses look for drive mapping to drive letters or local drives with drive letters. When I backup locally, I backup to a volume that has no drive letter - chances are even if the server gets infected, it will not get any virus on that partition. I'd like to create a share on a partition that has no drive letter (i'm not talking about mapping without a drive letter). I have no idea it is possible to create a share on a server that has no drive for that volume.
