Does Microsoft 'ONE CARE' cover e-mail?

I used to have Norton, uninstalled it and downloaded 'one care'.
I can find no reference to e-mail virus protection.
What does everyone use if 'one care' does NOT cover e-mail protection?

Next time you spend money on a scanner,choose a good one like NOD32.
Scaning your mail is a waste of resources.
