When I turn on my computor I get "While Imitializing device LMOUSE" I'm able
to open in safe mode. But its asking me to check my control panel. Could you
tell me what settings I need to change once I get into my control panel.
Thanks.

Likely driver corruption. LMOUSE is a Logitech driver.

What mouse? Marble or ?

Try finding the right driver for your Logitech Mouse. Don't look on
Logitech [unless you have one of the newer mouse], as they are offering a
MASSIVE generic file [45.40 megs].
For a marble [and several others {mainly corded}] look for the 900b99en.exe
or mw9791enu.exe driver, if those apply to your hardware.

LMOUSE.INF is the (1999) Logitech installation file for drivers
for Logitech brand mice. Standard cure for defective configurations
like this is:

1. via / start / settings / control panel / system
1a. locate the device
1b. remove it from the system. (There is a button for this)
1c. and reboot

2. On reboot, the standard Win98 PC will detect the
item as a "new device" and prompt you to instal the
drivers (software) it requires.

If this presents difficulties, repost here with details.
