Charles proxy is not getting installed

I am trying to install Charles proxy 4.2.8 64 ms in my window 8 computer. It gets downloaded. while installing I never get option to run. I t gives option to install,then gives option to repair and then gives option to finish. when i click on finish it gets closed. Same things gets repeated. When i search for problems it tests the program and it gives a message it is incompatible. If any one can guide what I need to do I am obliged
