Promo AD hang

hihi all expert.


I am not sure why the DC promo is hanged.

originally there are AD01 and AD02, AD01 is removed. and before that I change all the master to AD02.

now I am going to promo AD03 to the domain mylab.com, and hang there .. any idea?
