MSconfig will not go to normal settings stays in selective settings Boot sequence requires hit enter

Boot choice shows Windows Server 2012 and check memory and requires hit Enter. Is Msconfig settings causing this boot issue?








Windows Server 2012 which will not revert back to Normal startup and thereby the boot seems to be interrupted and requires user to hit ok at windows boot login
