Blue screen errors / pc not turning on

4 days ago at 2 am my pc had a blue screen error twice back to back then it said "you pc needs to be repaired" below it it said "press enter to retry " and "press F8 to open start up settings" I tried pressing both and the screen just continously blinked as I was pressing the keys then I shut it off the next day when I turned it on it made a a beep sound twice and repeated to do so and there was nothing on the screen
