All ports accidentally closed on Domain Controller : unable to logon on DC after reboot

Hi everyone,

By creating a new rule on the firewall of the Domain Controller of my network, I accidentally closed all the ports of the incoming traffic. Right after, the open session on the server was unstable, and I wanted to close it to open it again. Since then, any attempt to log in to the domain controller remains frozen on the "Please wait for the User Profile Service" message indefinitely, even after rebooting...

Would anyone have any idea how to open the Domain Controller in order to clear the firewall rule closing all ports?
