HELLO,

I AM IMPLEMENTING A SERVER IN MY WORK ENVIRONMENT TO HOST QUICKBOOKS ENTERPRISE DESKTOP. I HAVE INSTALLED ACTIVE DIRECTORY AND CREATED A FEW USERS WHO CAN REMOTE INTO THE SERVER WITH THEIR ACCOUNTS. I NEED TO CREATE A SHARED FOLDER WHICH WILL STORE THE QUICKBOOKS COMPANY FILE SO THAT DESIGNATED USERS CAN POINT THE QUICKBOOKS APPLICATION TO THIS SHARED FOLDER THAT CONTAINS THE COMPANY FILE.

BUT WHEN THEY REMOTE IN I DO NOT WANT THEM TO SEE ANY SYSTEM PROGRAMS OR SERVER MANAGER ITEMS IN THE START MENU. I ONLY WANT THEM TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS GOOGLE CHROME, QUICKBOOKS, AND EXCEL AND OTHER BASIC USERS FEATURES

HOW DO I DEPLOY APPLICATIONS TO THESE DESIGNATED USER GROUPS AND HOW DO I LIMIT THEIR PERMISSIONS SO THAT THEY CAN NOT SEE ANY ADMINISTRATIVE FEATURES ON THEIR LOGIN?
