Help with idle buddy

so ive done everything i can to get rid if idle buddy and nothing is working. I cant find anything to delete it in my control panel either. Everything is pretty useless on the internet since nothing works for me. I cant even get the little window off my screen. Im extremely frustrated and i need severe help. And dont tell me to fo to the control panel or some coding thing. Those dont work. Ive even tried to delete the folder but it wouldnt let me
