Possible Scam?

I have been receiving numerous calls from individuals and automated robots about a refund with a microsoft product I may have purchased previously. The 1st time I let the guy talk for a while, then told him no. Next I get auto calls with same message telling me call 747-212-9887.

IS THIS ANOTHER SCAM??
