Setup New Print Server 2016 Why Clients PC Prompt "Install Printer Driver"

Hi,


Recently I have setup a new print server 2016.

Currently all my clients pc printer queue is bind to existing print server 2012R2.


After completed the setup, push down the new printer queue to my own laptop and tested no issue.


Two weeks later push down the new printer queue to four users client pc and tested no issue.


However the next days some of the other client pc prompt "Install Printer Driver".

And those clients have not push down the new printer queue.


Please advice what have went wrong or I have miss out any steps.
