Product key not recognised when trying to download the iso file from Microsoft

Hi,

I'm trying to download the Iso file for win 7 but when I enter the product key (HP Laptop pre- installed) onto the Microsoft support site I get the following error message - code 715-123130 and transaction ID c58005f4-92ae-41c4-baae-1ebe186cd946.

asking me to contact Microsoft Support Us-page.


I bought the laptop from the states around 3 years ago it is a HP Probook 450.

Van someone help me please?
