Changed domain admin's account name and password. It caused problems in IIS

Hi,

I changed my domain admin's account name and password.

When I go in certain sections in IIS, I get an error like, when I try to open "SSL Settings" I get:

"There was an error while performing this operation."

And it points me to the Host.config file and shows that it is trying to connect with the old domain admin name.

I can open this file and update it with the new Domain Admin name but I can't update the new password. I don't know how to encrypt it.

What are my options?
