Hello there !
I'm currently trying to remove an old DC which was manually removed from our Windows Server 2016.
I want to establish a new trust between my current domain and a target domain and therefore I need to remove the old orphan DC on my server.
I've tried to follow the current method used in this thread :
How to completely remove an orphaned child domain without its DC.
But no luck till now.
In fact I got this message at the end of ntdsutil command :
"To clearly remove the requested server from the AD domain services, connect to a server in the domain "xxx.yyy" "
I can't see any trace of the "xxx.yyy" domain in my server.
Any ideas guys ?
