I am using Windows Server 2016 and connecting four Windows 10 clients and one Windows 7 Client. I only have one domain controller. The server hosts an Access Database backend and accounting software backend. The server freezes several times daily. Access on the clients says "Not Responding" for 1 - 5 minutes. These freezes are extremely disruptive because we run our business on Access and we are using it all day long.
In addition to Access and our accounting software, Outlook 365 and file sharing are also sometimes affected.
When I check the Event log on the server it always reports error 1058 with ErrorCode 121 around the time of these freezes. Sometimes the error repeats a time or two. Usually we can recover from this by ending task on the client task manager, but it is very disruptive to our workflow and I need to eliminate it.
Can someone advise me how to solve this error?
