Every now and then, seems like at odd times but my computer hangs up for a solid 30 seconds or so. It's gotten to the point where I really want to get this figured out.
I've come across this event during Heroes of the Storm game, Photoshop, Fusion360 and Adobe illustrator. And I was just trying to create a new folder and it hung up on me. Any help would be appreciated.
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160}
and APPID
{9CA88EE3-ACB7-47C8-AFC4-AB702511C276}
to the user DESKTOP-CM6EVOU\Tyler Photo-CAD SID (S-1-5-21-732766108-570395774-2890647129-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_1.10.7.17134_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy SID (S-1-15-2-1861897761-1695161497-2927542615-642690995-327840285-2659745135-2630312742). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
