Server 2016 takes long time to shut down

Dear Support,

I am using Windows Server 2016 for sharing and accessing the files.The issue is that when i shut down the server,it takes long time to shut it down.

Recently we are facing this type of shutdown issue and it takes a long time.

Is there any options available to shut it sown quickly.
