Network subnet mask from /24 to /16: what else?

We've changed our Windows Server 2016 subnet mask from 255.255.255.0 to 255.255.0.0, accordingly to our new DHCP scope, which resides in the same server. This system is also a AD and DNS. IP is 192.168.0.1.

Since we've changed the subnet, DHCP has pending writes on DNS, showing clients with a pen. Do we have to update anything else? DNS zones doesn't care of subnet masks?
