DHCP Server receives request and offer lease but client do not accept

Dear,

I have setup a DHCP server on my DC but the client is not accepting the lease.

I have analyzed the traffic with Wireshark and I can see that DHCP is arriving at my DCPh server.

I can also see that a lease is offered to the client but for some reason is not accepted.

Would some one of you have an idea on why ?

Edit:

Both server are on the same subnet, same physical server.
There is no managed switch in between
