Hi All

i want to change date format from dd-MMM-yy to MMM-dd-yy on one windows server 2012 R2 server.
i changed in registries from the below path
regedit--HKEY_CURRENT_USER-ControlPanel-International
sShortDate: MMM-dd-yy
when i login it works fine but when some other user logs in change doesnot reflect it shows dd-MMM-yy . is there any way to make change for all the users who logs in.
