Installing .net 4.7.1

Trying to upgrade Exchange 2013 to the latest CU and it needs .NET 4.7.1 The server Windows 2012 R2 currently has .NET 4.7.0 installed. When I run the offline installer for .NET 4.7.1 it says in can't install because Element not found. When I run the web installer it comes back with Cannot find the resource specified. Any ideas how I can get round this to get .NET 4.7.1 installed?
