One Core Declared At INstall; Can I expand to Quad-Core Without Reinstall

I installed Server 2016 after I declared the CPU to utilize ONE CORE. The CPU is a QuadCore... Can I expand the CPU utilization to QuadCore without having to reinstall the OS?
