Access Windows store on Windows 10

Good day,

I have the following setup.

Domain Controllers - Server 2012 R2

PC- Windows 10 Version 1809

Issue: I have windows store enabled in group policies, however i am unable to access the store via PC. It indicates that the store is blocked by Policy.
