I have a Windows 2012 r2 serer that is acting as a domain controller and host for 4 VMs. every month or so it locks up the VMs stop responding and the Server Pings put doesn't respond to RDP or local mouse and Keyboard. So we have to have someone a the remote site hard power it down and restart. this is a larger issue as on of the servers is running a Non SQL database and that Database sometimes corrupts during the hard Power down.
The only thing I can find in the Event logs is a reoccurring Error 10010 every time it happens. I have researched the event but haven't found anything to link the event 10010 to the outage. The server is pinging during the outage but none of the VMs are and I cannot remotely access the host shares or the services until after reboot.
any help for this issue would be appreciated.
