Links and Application calls to any URL's generates errors.

It doesn't matter what application it is or what URL is called. This
even happens with with Windows Vista own tool bars.

For example: I have a URL link on a tool bar to call up my Yahoo Mail.
I click on the link and immediately get the the following error:

X - Windows cannot find 'http://mail.yahoo.com/', Make sure you typed
the name correctly, and then try again.

Immediately after the error pops up the browser pops up with the correct
URL address.

What is going on here?

How do I fix this?

Thank you,

Richard..

The new Yahoo! Toolbar itself is not ready for Vista and causes delays and
errors, and probably several other toolbars as well.

Try traditional bookmarks/favorites and turn off the toolbars.

If your problems go away, then try only one toolbar at a time to see which
you can use.
