Mounted LUNs show Code 10 in Device Manager

Howdy,

I just noticed this today and was wondering if this was by design. The WPD FileSystem Volume Driver says it cannot start. These LUNs are presented via VMWare vSphere 6.5 SCSI controller. I haven't noticed any performance issues - I can still navigate to the mount points and traverse the LUNs, more curious than anything. Anyone seen anything like this?
