KB Article 2954953 unavailable

I need to download a Microsoft easy fix for Windows Server 2012 which used to be available via KB 2954953. However the link is broken now.

You can still find it when you search for the KB Article:

However all links are broken on the results page.

Does anyone know how to report this to Microsoft? I need to download the easy fix of this KB article.
