User needs to stay connected to RDP session but getting logged off

Hi,

I have a user who needs to stay connected to the server via RDP, but periodically gets logged off. I cannot find anything that can be causing this. There is no GPO affecting this.

Does anyone know where the settings for RDP is now for Windows 2016? Is there still a way to log on to the "console" which should prevent this?
