Replication Issue between new 2016 Domain Controller and 2008 Servers

I am currently trying to upgrade my domain from 2008R2 to 2016, I currently have 4 2008R2 Domain controllers and have FSMO roles distributed between the 4 server. I have built a new 2016 server with the intention of adding it as a domain controller and migrating all the FSMO roles to it then rebuilding all the other servers on 2016.

My issue is that after promoting the 2016 server replication failed due to a Schema Mismatch with the RID Pool Manager, repadmin output below:

Source DSA largest delta fails/total %% error
SRVDBNDC01 01m:18s 0 / 5 0
SRVDBNDC02 15m:59s 0 / 10 0
SRVJHBDC01 06m:05s 0 / 3 0
SRVJHBDC02 01m:43s 1 / 10 10 (8418) The replication opera
tion failed because of a schema mismatch between the servers involved.

Destination DSA largest delta fails/total %% error
SRVDBNDC01 15m:59s 0 / 5 0
SRVDBNDC02 01m:18s 0 / 10 0
SRVJHBDC01 01m:44s 1 / 5 20 (8418) The replication opera
tion failed because of a schema mismatch between the servers involved.
SRVJHBDC02 06m:06s 0 / 8 0
