Need help in clearing CA server's errors.

Hi Team,

I am getting Failed request errors in my domain CA server as below. I have verified my certificate which shows valid.

The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline. 0x80092013 (-2146885613 CRYPT_E_REVOCATION_OFFLINE

certutil -verify -urlfetch gives me error "Cannot find object or property. 0x80092004 (-2146885628 CRYPT_E_NOT_FOUND)"

I tried issuing the certificate from console manually but no Luck. On problematic host no error events observed.
