Windows server 2016 offline patch update issue

Hello Team,

Please help to we have 10 windows server 2016 DC and Std. we have download security and cumulative patch from windows catalog but when we run it it say windows update not applicable for this computers approx we have download 50 patch only 3 or 2 patches installed server please help me update all patch of server 2016
