Server 2012 chkdsk returns a Write failure with status 0xc0000015 at offset 0x14f52de6c00 for 0x200 bytes.

We've been having issues with volsnap causing BSOD, as it is being used by the backup appliance. This is another issue we're working through. But the one that really bothers me is this. After running scf /scanfix now, followed by a chkdsk /f /r on volume C: we get the following:
