How to select Windows Server 2016 Standard Long term support option

I am planning on deploying Windows Server 2016 Standard using the Long Term Support Channel. What determines the selection of the Long Term Support Channel vs the Semi-Annual Channel? Is there a different server ordering part number? Is there a different support part number? Or is the Support Channel determined by selecting Core vs the GUI Desktop Experience when installing the OS?
