While setting up the new laptop PC I got two days ago, I have encountered a weird problem. (That means I've never seen anything similar before.) The PC, an HP 15t, came with Windows 10 home pre-installed.
Here is the issue: The windows for Microsoft products (such as Settings and Edge) are not completely filling their windows, leaving a blank area to the right and underneath. Restarting the PC fixes it, but only for a few minutes, then the problem returns. I suspect it would be the same with any application from Microsoft. The issue does not seem to effect other vendors' applications. For example, Google Chrome and Adobe Photoshop Elements run without problems. I am attaching two window screen shots below that show the problem.
Can anyone offer a suggestion as to what is wrong and how to fix it?
