How can I get Windows to update to my new location? I have tried all of the solutions that I found in the forums.

My problem: I recently moved from West to East coast and both my desktop and laptop running the latest version of Windows 10 seem to stay at my old address. This affects my time zone (among other things) which is very annoying.

All other location-based things work correctly (Google, etc.) except for any website that requests/uses location from Windows.

Things I have tried:

*Update BIOS / Change CMOS Battery

*Restart computer

*Set TZ to manual and change TZ to new TZ

*Change default location in Maps to new address

*Start/Restart location service using service control panel (services.msc)

*Clear location history

*Update Windows

*Update Drivers

*Plug in a working USB GPS receiver to my computer (note: GPS reflected current location accurately, Windows did not)

*Connect to WIFI

*Waiting for it to update on its own (It has been 2 weeks since my move)

*Probably a few other things that I can't remember at the moment

Please help me fix this.
