Boot disk

VFWPOST 1130

Windows Vista. Cannot boot up Error code 0141 no hard drive detected. Cannot seem to create a boot disk that will work from my other computer . I have changed the boot up sequence and still nothing. I have restored the defaults, still nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
