Hello
When restarting, the Windows Server 2016 tries to access network resources before NETLOGON finishes loading. We have cached credentials turned off.
We see the "no logon servers available" message in the Event Log when a service using a domain account is set to automatic. After boot up completes we can successfully start the services manually.
Why isn't Windows Server waiting until NETLOGON has loaded before trying to use it?
Thanks, Howard
