How do I install NetMsmqActivator on Windows Server 2016

I have added the 'Message Queuing Services' feature and all sub-features underneath via 'Add Roles and Features ' Server Manager wizard.

I was hoping to install the NetMsmqActivator by doing the above.

However nothing of the kind happened.

Is there an alternative way of installing this service ?
