Can't Rename Domain Controller with NetDom

I had to rename my domain to match up with my new domain after loosing the original domain.

After renaming the domain on the domain controller, I am unable to use NetDom to rename the domain controller. I need to rename it as it is causing issues for workstations joining the domain.

Unable to upload screenshots until account is verified... =/ Anyone know how to do that?
