Windows Search is disabled random (RDS 2016)

One of my customers have a strange problem. On the RDS 2016 server, the Windows Search will be disabled random.

I can see this in the logfiles:

15-5-2019 16:07:25
The start type of the Windows Search service was changed from demand start to disabled.

15-5-2019 16:07:39
The Windows Search service entered the stopped state.

15-5-2019 16:07:40
The start type of the Windows Search service was changed from disabled to demand start.

15-5-2019 16:07:49
The Windows Search service entered the running state.

Problem is, the service will hang in a starting state and never start correct. How can I can investigate this?
