Acronis True Image 2019 Build 14690 works fine with Windows 10 system restore.
When upgraded to Build 17750 the system restore tab becomes "greyed out" and there are no drives showing in the window. It says "searching for drives" but never finds any. and you get the Error 0x81000203.
If you uninstall build 17750 it then shows the system restore tab, but issues an error saying you do not have any rights to use it.
The only fix is to restore Windows 10 OS (hopefully you have an image file or backup program like Acronis True Image and everything will work again. I have notified Acronis about this.
This occurred after a fresh windows 1809 install so no files are corrupt and everything was working fine.
