Several problems with Windows Update

Hello all

During the last three months we have installed four new servers which utilize Windows 2016 Std. We recently noticed that Windows update does not operate in any of the servers.

Additionally in two of them we see that when we try to open the "Windows Update" option from the control panel, the process crashes with message "Remote control procedure has failed"



Any ideas on what to check ?
