WHEA Uncorrectable Error - clean install from either DVD, USB, or PXE (MDT)

Hi,

This applies to both Server 2016 and 2019. As soon as it gets past the black screen/white loading progress bar (via any install method), it shows the flag for about 5 seconds and the spinner appears for about 2, then boom. I don't get an actual error code, and not sure where the DMP file would be saved for a clean install.

MDT has a fairly recent build of ADK.
