Windows third party edits

So somewhere at the start of 2019 i tried out windows Xp Vienna edition from here

so i loaded it up in virtualbox and reallly liked it so i tried recreating it in windows 10

1. i got the wallpaper
2. got the windows seven dock
3. i recreated the dock and got all the icons

But the forth step i cant seem to find the program its called Vienna navigator

I may have found the program here but i want to get the right program but do not think this is it
