suspicious folder

I use Windows Vista SP 2. In C: \ users \ username \ appdata \ roaming there is a folder named {3954240F-5DEF-9139-C017-EC2857588A6A} and it contains the file "638473.exe". This application always runs when the computer is turned on. And when the folder {3954240F-5DEF-9139-C017-EC2857588A6A} I will delete it, it can't. What folder is it and how do you delete it?
