Remote access(VPN) uninstalling automatically

I have Remote access role installed on one of my DCs. For the past couple week I have to reinstall it several time because it uninstalls automatically. Now I am trying to install and it will not install. it and I get the following. I reboot the server and nothing changes. I have rebooted the server 4 times this morning trying to get it to install.
