Dir /s will not work for listing size of objects and corresponding object name?

Dir /s will not work for listing size of objects and corresponding object name?

Strange that we cannot cd to the drive letter (ie E drive, F drive,...) required to run the command?

Need an out put for each drive letter.

Is there another command we can use. Command is for a windows server and it can be either CMD or powershell?
