upgrading from Windows server 2012 R2 Standard to Windows server 2016 Standard fails

Hi All,

im upgrading from win Server 2012 R2 STD to Win Server 2016 STD but every time the installation stops at 33% of progress and displays me this error message: "Windows server 2016 installation has failed".

Kindly support me about it if you have been faced the same issue by telling how you have solved it.
